Per Ali’s instructions, I made Beer Bread yesterday. I am happy to report that it was delicious, and indeed, perhaps even at its personal best when toasted with a bit of butter. I used Blue Moon’s Harvest Moon Pumpkin Ale, and I liked how it turned out. I wonder how changing the beer affects the taste of the bread? Enjoy pictures below!
