Honey Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ginger
1/8 teaspoon of allspice or cloves

This is incredibly good.
“Tia B’s German Pancake” was a childhood breakfast favorite, and it’s always in high demand in Warrenton. This makes 4 large slices that could be breakfast with fruit for 4 people. However, two people can also eat the entire thing (I speak from personal experience.)

Seriously, this bread is super easy and so delicious. Make sure your measurements are exact…a little too much flour or not warm enough milk will prevent the dough from rising. 4 cups rolled oats
2 cups dried, flaked coconut
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cups almonds, hazelnuts, and/or walnuts
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp. cinnamon
